James, 34, took to Instagram to show off his stylish outfit for his tennis match.
The reality favourite opted for a piece from designer Sergio Tacchini – which consisted of a white polo shirt, matching shorts and a cream jacket.
James later took to his social media to show off his skills on the court.
He later headed to the gym and showed off his trim figure in a mirror selfie.
James confessed: “From the court to the gym. Need to gain muscle & get toned.”
The ITV star has looked incredible in recent weeks after shedding an incredible 14 stone.
James had a gastric band operation last year.
Despite shedding all the weight and looking happier than ever, Arg admitted that doctors had ordered him to put some weight back on.
Just last month James looked slimmer than ever in a baby blue suit as he performed with The Arg Band.
The star wowed in the smart jacket as he took to the stage to sing at a recent gig.
