“We have the same manager, and we were set up by [her] which is so Hollywood,” Kaley said in May. “She’s like, ‘Oh my God, I think you guys are perfect for each other.’ We met at the Ozark premiere, and I was standing with Andrea and Tom walked in, and I heard his voice, and I turned around, and it was like my life was over, or just starting. It hit me. It was love at first sight. We were immediately connected. I do feel like I’ve known him my whole life, but I wasn’t ready for him. We’re ready to build a life together.”

Kaley’s IRL and on-screen BFF Zosia Mamet gushes about Tom to Entertainment Tonight, saying, “It’s really interesting, and she said this from the beginning, I knew when she knew. When you’re best friends with someone, when you’re truly best friends and you love them that deeply, you’re so interconnected. And when I met him, I was one of the last to meet him. I met him and I was like, ‘I feel like I’ve known you forever.’ And he loves her like nobody’s business, and that’s all that matters to me.”
